Rates include pre-dinner drinks and canapes, gourmet breakfast and use of all facilities.
McHardy Lodge is the ideal venue for small weddings or parties and business meetings. Please contact our Lodge Manager to discuss rates for exclusive use of the Lodge for private or business purposes.
Bookings
Owing to the small number of suites at McHardy Lodge and its popularity, a 10% deposit is required to secure your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation of your booking, every effort will be made to rebook your accommodation. If that is not possible and you cancel within 60 days of the date of arrival you will incur a cancellation charge of 25% of the total booking cost. If cancellation is within 14 days, the cancellation charge will be 100%. We strongly advise guests to take out appropriate insurance to cover such eventualities.
Children
Guests come to McHardy Lodge to relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the house and facilities. Regrettably we are unable to accommodate young children, with the exception of young, non mobile, babies – for whom we can provide travel cots. Older teenage children may be accommodated in their own suite at our normal rates. Additional beds in suitess are not available.
